May 21, 2012 - During session, Senator Baker offers remarks on SB 351, which would provide for Good Samaritan civil immunity for use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

April 9, 2012 - Senator Lisa Baker (R-Luzerne) joins Governor Tom Corbett, legislators and juvenile justice advocates at a ceremony to sign into law Senate Bills 815 and 818. The legislation, which Baker sponsored, will require that legal counsel be present at juvenile delinquency hearings for juveniles under 14 and require a judge to state why each juvenile received the disposition they were given.
