November 13, 2007 – Stephanie Jallen of Wyoming, Pennsylvania spoke to the
Senate to share her story about overcoming adversity. Although born with a rare
birth defect that left her without her left arm and leg, she has become an
accomplished skier and is working to become a member of the US Paralympics
skiing team. Above, from left to right are Senator Ray Musto, Lieutenant
Governor Catherine Baker Knoll and Senator Baker visit with Stephanie and learn
more about her amazing story.
