January 3, 2008 – Senator Baker receives the Pennsylvania War Veterans Council’s "Outstanding Service Award" for her commitment to Pennsylvania veterans.  Above, from left to right, are Senator Mike Folmer, Senator Baker, Representative RoseMarie Swanger and American Legion State Commander Robert Miller.  Each of the legislators worked with the council to pass the Veterans’ Service Officer Law in 2007.
