County's Annual Dairy Days exhibit at Honesdale High
School included informative exhibits on everything from dairy products to

February 18, 2008 - Senator Baker joins Western Wayne School
Director Frank Ward, his wife Helen and former Wayne County Commissioner Don
Chapman at the 30th Annual Wayne County Dairy Day/Ag Day. The event featured
dairy industry-related information and new technology to area dairy farm
families. In addition, different livestock, forestry agronomic, vegetable,
general agriculture and agriculture information groups, associations and
research and promotion groups showed demonstrations and exhibits. |

February
15, 2008 – Senator Baker observes students participating in Dallas Elementary’s
Foreign Language Academy. Through the program, students in grades one through
six meet once a week each semester and learn a variety of dialects including
French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Hindi, Farsi, Hebrew, Arabic, and
sign language.

February 12, 2008 – Students from
West Side Area Vocational Technical School’s Law Enforcement curriculum
participated in Career and Technical Education Week in Harrisburg. Above
the groups joins Senator Baker for a photo on the Senate floor. From left
