March 20, 2008 – Senator Baker was recently recognized as East Stroudsburg University's 2008-2009 Legislative Fellow. The Legislative Fellow Program is a government partnership designed to utilize the knowledge and expertise of state legislators to enhance the learning experience for students. Legislative fellows participate in a variety of special events and interact with students both in and out of the classroom.
