December 15, 2008 – Misericordia University recently received an Appalachian
Regional Commission grant to expand its Nursing Learning Resource Laboratory.

December 8, 2008 - Senator Baker attended the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors
Association Wreath-Laying Ceremony to show her support and appreciation for
those who serve our country, both past and present. The service was held in
partnership with Wreaths Across America, a national program held to honor fallen
soldiers during the holiday season.

December 8, 2008 – Misericordia University honored Senator
Charles Lemmond for his outstanding leadership and service to the 20th District
with the dedication of the Lemmond Theater. Above, from left representing
