PennDot Hiring Temporary Equipment Operators

As in years past, PennDOT will be hiring hundreds of people statewide on a temporary basis to work from September to March to help the Department successfully operate during the winter months.

The majority of positions are Transportation Equipment Operators. Applicants must have a CDL license, experience operating large trucks and equipment and must submit to random drug and alcohol testing. The ability to operate a manual transmission upon the first day of employment is mandatory.
